About Flex Pole Vault

Jason is a middle school and high school Pole Vault coach of almost a decade and and lover of the sport since his teens. He's lucky to coach at a school with a lot of interest in vaulting and needed a way to ensure that all of his athletes had necessary cross training supervision and sufficient pit time; all while keeping everyone safe and on-task. As the career-long manager of a manufacturing facility he saw the unique opportunity to create a training apparatus that was sturdy, compact, able to accommodate different athletes and equipment all while being able to be moved quickly and easily. Since 2023 his athletes have been using the Mobile Adjustable High Bar System with great success. He's excited to bring the product to other schools, clubs, and gyms, making it easier for coaches everywhere to control runway traffic, hone skills, and give athletes a place to work on drills, and prepare for PRs, not just this season, but for years to come.

Jason lives in Pittsburgh, PA with is wife, Nicolette, and children, Willamina and Westley, whom he can't wait to train once they're finally tall enough.
